Don’t get the wrong idea, I like vocaloid music and Miku and Teto, and I’m not against the inherent use of either, BUT JESUS TAPDANCING CHRIST, ***PLEASE*** USE VOCALOIDS OTHER THAN MIKU OR TETO FOR VOCALOIDS! For me and the spaces I’m in, it seems that those two are the ONLY vocaloid models that ever existed.

It’s basically led me to only really having two (maybe three) favorite artists that use vocaloids

SOOOO uses one of the Kagamines (the male one, I think it’s Ren)
Steampianist uses Oliver
And DM fucking DOKURO has used a variety of different models on his latest album They Know Who They Are

YARARARA by AnythingBecomeMoe has a nasty instrumental, it fucks hard… BUT TETO SHOULD NOT BE ON THIS FUCKING SONG!! HER SPARKLY AND GLASSY VOCAL TAMBER DOES NOT FIT ON THIS GRIMY AND GRITTY INSTRUMENTAL WHATSOEVER! PUT A HUMAN VOICE ON IT FFS, IT’D SOUND JUST AS GOOD!!

I feel like I’m going insane for thinking this. I understand they’re popular for a reason, but holy fuck y’all need to chill out with their usage. Use a different model. I beg. I plead.

Also if anyone has any vocaloid artists who don’t use Miku or Teto predominantly, I’d love your recommendations.

I HATE THE OVER-REPRESENTATION OF HATSUNE MIKU AND KASANE TETO
