Address Validation for Indian Addresses

I feel like I have seen enough Indian addresses in my time but I have some very small postcards that don't have room for like eight lines of information. Does anyone know if there is a way to validate the minimum required information to get a card to India?

The India Post validation tool I found on Google just redirects me to the main site. I do know about the UPU addressing guide but sadly it isn't helpful as to when three sub-localities are necessary versus helpful versus counterproductive, and when the province is or isn't necessary (only New Delhi or is that true elsewhere as well?). The UPU guide also says that the PIN should go below the province and above the country but I get a good chunk that just put it in a random spot in the address or below the country like Russia (but I don't think that's the case?).
