Anyone know the title of this drama?

I was watching something else and that stopped and this story began. It was also incomplete and it doesn't have a name anywhere so I don't know where I can watch it. It was way better than what I had started watching, so I really want to finish it.

Anyone know the name so I can look for it? Thanks.
