Progress and then neighbors dog.

Significant challenges

For context: My dog, a pit heeler pyranees mix, was attacked 3x by 3 different dogs as a puppy and has been reactive since. Shes been evaluated by 3 different behaviorist as we wanted to make sure if it was aggression or reactivity to know how to properly handle it. We live in an rv park where the officers and owners know about her, that she is always contained, and all of her challenges. They have no issue with her in to park.

Cut to today, shes about 1yr and 7mo old, and has gotten to the point of walking past small/medium dogs from a safe distance without reacting. (About 10 yards)

We have neighbors that just moved in a couple weeks ago, they have a heeler that is constantly off leash. Sweet dog, not aggressive at all, I dont have any issues with the dog themself.

While my girl has made significant progress, unfortunately it keeps back tracking because of our new neighbors. Their dog has run up to mine 3x now. Today alone they got nose to nose, in front of our rv front door.

Shes improved so much but since their dogs first run up with mine its like every 3 steps forward becomes 8 steps back. Im so frustrated with their lack of responsibility to contain their dog and the regressions those encounters cause.
