Some questions regarding hex chemistry

So I just made a really bad chat option with Eleanor that I was debating in my head before I chose it, I'm going for Aoi as it is but I didn't wanna piss her off as much as I just did and I was wondering, if I reset memories do I still have to wait 24 hours to chat again or do I just get a bunch of options to chat with them back to back until I'm all caught up... Knowing warframe I assume I start over and have to play waiting sim again but I wanted to know before I do or don't commit to it
