Pixelated Background [Graphics Help]

I'm not sure why but I'm currently and able to run, what I think are the appropriate settings to fix this issue of a pixelated background but sometimes I notice that they're just still blurry. My Updated drivers etc, Ryz 7 7700 8-Core, GPU is a 5060Ti and my graphics settings are...

LOD Bias at Ultra High
Render Dis Farthest
AA Off
NVIDIA DLSS ON
-Frame Gen: Close
-Super Res: Balanced
Anisotropic Filtering 16x

If there's other settings you think I should include, let me know, I just did not want to photo bomb more than I needed. Please help me get out of this simulation like filtered sky lol <3
