Let’s Play vs. Boss Rush: What keeps you hooked when watching a V Rising series?
Hello everyone!
I just wanted to ask a bit of advice. I'm a newer content creator and I wanted to make V Rising my niche cause I really love the game.
Not here to promote. I just genuinely wanna know, if you're watching a V Rising gameplay series would it be more enjoyable to include a bit of the journey or just focus on stitching together every boss fight?
My style is kinda like a let's play, but it's really tough cause as a newer content creator you have to keep the viewer's hooked so it involves a lot of heavy editing (sadly if I stick to my style I might not get a view/watch at all).
So I want to know how much I need to remove. Ofc some things are obv like crafting, grinding and travel down time. But I do leave some like equipping new gear to show progress, a bit of castle building to show major transition in the base, some encounters in the world. I don't often edit the whole boss fights too (except the tries).
I'm still in the early game so it might not be too late to change my editing style for the playthrough. So just wanted a perspective of what you guys generally enjoy when watching the game.
If you read all that, thank you. Looking forward to your feedbacks 🥺
