Am I too bland to be good at sales?

I was a bartender until a salesperson met me I have no problem talking to people sparking a conversation with a complete stranger making a friend is so easy for me but All my managers tell me I need energy and bring that pizzazz when talking to customers.

They say I am too stoic too monotone I need to bring more emotion I'm not very emotional at least not with people I just met.

This is just something I cannot fake.

Another guy told me to pose in front of the mirror like I'm Superman.

Now I thank them all for the advice but I am not this positivity kumbaya person I am not negative either but I am very neutral and factual I accept the reality for what it is.

Based on all that do you think my personality would work long term?
