This tooth pain is making me insane

I 21F have struggled with a tooth ache for over two years but it’s gotten worse recently. Everyone says just go to the doctor, but with what money I am barely scraping by last year I got scammed out of $2800. When I first tried to buy my car in September it took me years to save that money only for me to go to a car lot and buy a car in cash of the owner said that a few days later he will drop it off at my house after fixing some minor issues. Only the car turned out to be absolutely no good but he had already invested the money I immediately filed a police report but they have done absolutely nothing I am in Texas where it seems that someone will get more penalized for carrying drugs than for stealing. I am losing my mind my. Face head and tooth hurt so much I don’t know what to do.
