Daily investment discipline is hard with play and pause SIP

Daily investements if done religiously will build your portfolio over time, amounts are small and diversified but over a period of 6 months. Decent sizeable portfolio.

But I get that sometimes markets are just terrible so when do I like properly pause my SIP and pull the plug ? and replay ? or I never do that.
