I didn't know automation was an option until someone showed me exactly what to stop doing
Most people don't wake up thinking "I need to automate my business."
They wake up and spend 45 minutes doing the same thing they did yesterday. And the day before. It just feels like work. Normal work.
The problem is always specific. A task that keeps landing on your plate. Something you've done a hundred times and will do a hundred more. You never question it because it never looked like a problem — it just looked like Tuesday.
What's the task you keep doing that feels like it shouldn't be your job anymore?
