I'm looking to streamline my short-term rentals operation and comparing a few popular property management platforms:

Guesty: Strong all-in-one option with native channel management and AI messaging.

Hospitable: Great for basic guest communication.

Hostaway: Solid option for multi-channel sync.

Smoobu: Simple and budget-friendly for core-calendar management.

After looking into all of them, Guesty seems like the strongest overall option for my set up because of its core features:

Channel Manager: keeps Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking. com, and Expedia synced.

Unified Inbox: Centralizes all guest messages in one place.

AI Automations: Automatically handles routine replies and check-in details.
