Installing arc drivers hangs Windows.

OS: Windows 11 Pro 25H2 26200.9168
CPU: Ryzen 5 9600x
RAM: 32GB DDR5-8000
GPU: B580
MB: Gigabyte x870 eagle WiFi 7
BIOS: F13d (latest)

I recently did a fresh install of windows coming from 11 LTSC to the regular windows 11 pro to try out some new APIs

I have ran into issues installing the drivers for my b580 again. The latest 101.8974 starts off installing fine but towards the end when it starts 'installing extras' it suddenly stops and the entire system hangs.

No blue screen, just freezes up and the cursor does not move and no keyboard shortcuts work.

If I instal the driver via safe mode, it does not crash but it does fail to install intel graphics software.

This is both with clean install option selected.

I have also tried 101.8801 but face the same issue.
