When breeding Volt Tackle Pichus you must have one of them hold a Light Ball, replacing the Everstone, which makes them extremely hard to breed.

Here's my rates:
1:1 on Event Torchics. 1:2 if I don't like either shiny.
1:1 on Legends.
3:1 on 5IVs.
1:1 on 6IVs.
I'm open to any offers with shiny Pokemon. Fishing shinies included but I'd probably give a lesser price for them. All prices are negotiable, they're just there for a idea on what I'd want.
