Recommendations for dog supplements when you do not want a cabinet full of powders?

My shepherd mix eats normal WSAVA style food and the vet is happy with her weight. I keep getting ads for five different extras of joint chews, gut powder, skin oil, mushroom blends. I am not trying to optimize every molecule of her life. What do people actually use long enough to judge, and what did you skip?
