Warped TourMX situation

I had gotten some passes to a friend who asked and promised would pay me, she hasn't and actually told me she would not be going nor paying. Festival is in 3 weeks and I don't know what to do.

Any suggestions? People don't like this kind of music anymore it has become too niche.
