Advice Please | YT's Ai Moderation System Makes Me Terrified, Nervous And Paranoid

Any help would be much appreciated. So I have a fairly big channel on YT that I've put a lot of blood sweat and tears into over these past 10 years and seeing the state of what YouTubes Ai moderation system has become genuinely has me terrified I really just need some advice here.

For starters I just want to say I'm in the YPP and my channel is in good standing and I don't have any violations or strikes currently. I do have a warning still active on the channel from something stupid years ago that for whatever reason they refuse to remove. I use to have a Partner Manager a couple of years ago but I don't anymore. Recently I've been seeing a lot of channels getting terminated or kicked out of the YPP for seemingly no reason. Not like spam or Ai channels or anything just like regular channels from regular people following the rules and doing what they love. Upon closer inspection, what has triggered the termination of a lot of these channels is the Ai moderation system YouTube has adopted which I think we all can agree is horrible. Now, the content that I make completely follows the rules and guidelines of YouTube but I'm not going to sit here and pretend like it's squeaky clean. There is swearing, there is some mature themes present and I do explore topics within my content that can be a bit out there but it's nothing that creators like Aba & Preach, Dean Withers, Mizkif, Jidion, etc haven't done. I say that to say I'm not making completely family friendly cooking videos that YouTube would promote front and center everywhere. But I'm also not making content that you would watch and say "it's only a matter of time".

However what has me paranoid and quite frankly terrified is how YouTube's Ai moderation will perceive my content. Any human that watches my content will see it for what it is which is entertainment with a hint of political activism intertwined. Many things said or done can be taken out of context though (sarcasm, jokes, impersonations, references, etc) and what I'm slowly learning about YouTube's Ai system is that it lacks the ability to identify context which is why a lot of people are getting their channels falsely terminated and I'm scared the same will happen to me. Couple that with the fact that in the event something does happen it's nearly impossible to get someone to actually look into your case because once again YouTube uses Ai for almost everything including the appeal process. I never use to be scared of things like this happening with my channel because I use to have a Partner Manager that I could email if anything went wrong (demonetization, ad suitability, age restrictions, strikes, etc) but out of nowhere one day they told me that they were discontinuing the program for me for whatever reason. So really I have no connect to YouTube at all in the event the worst happens which it might because several people in my niche have had their channels falsely terminated (some reinstated after days or torture) for no apparent reason.

Recently I've considered signing on with an MCN because of this, that way through them I'll have a direct line with YT incase anything goes wrong but I've heard nothing but horror stories about MCNs and plus they take 10-20% of all revenue. So essentially I'd be sacrificing 10-20% of revenue for peace of mind knowing my channel is "maybe" safe because who knows what they'll be able to do if the time comes. So now I'm in a difficult situation. I'm scared to upload anything. I'm constantly terrified every time I get a Gmail notification and everyday I'm hearing nothing but horror stories on Twitter about YT's Ai killing their channels. Some of whom I watched for years even. I'm stuck on what I should do in this situation. Should I bite the bullet and sign with an MCN for protection? Can an MCN even help you in the event of a false termination? Am I completely overthinking this? Is there someone I can reach out to? I'd be lying if I said this entire situation hasn't affected my mental health. Any advice on this would be much appreciated. Thanks!

TLDR: I'm a fairly big YouTuber and I'm terrified and paranoid that YouTube's Ai algorithm and moderation will falsely target or terminate me because my content is not family friendly but does not break TOS or community guidelines. I'm considering signing on with an MCN for protection incase anything goes wrong so I can have peace of mind that my channel is safe. Is this at all a good idea? Will the MCN even protect me? I need advice.
