[CAN] Work Place Document Coaching

My manager says document coaching isn't meant to terminate an employee but it could turn into termination.

My manager says that I am seeing growth in areas and when talking about pay rises they said it is important to focus on these behaviors going forward.

Four weeks in I'm still getting expected more with four weeks remaining.

My advice is are document coaching really meant to terminate an employee or is it there to help an employee and not terminate them?
