Everdrive GB X7 isn't backing my most recent saves up to the SD card.

I was playing the Pokémon polished Crystal rom hack and I wanted to swap my save over to my PC on mgba. However when I go into the save file on my everdrive SD card and pull out the SRM file it is dated for August 16th 2026, today is August 22nd. I've tried exiting to menu and loading different games as well but the save file I load on my PC is way further back than it is when I play my everdrive on my analogue pocket.
