What just came out of my foot?

Any ideas? The cut started as a normal skin, then red patch, then blister line, then open cut with things coming out. All in a matter of 5 minutes of being soaked in vinegar. It seemed to be connected to the corner of my toenail, as I could feel pain and pressure in the cut as I cleaned my toenail. Have been feeling sick for about a year, felt IMMEDIATELY better when the thing came out, back to feeling drained and the bad taste in my mouth the next morning
