Combined YT Members + Twitch Sub live counter?

Morning gamers.

With Twitch lifting restrictions on multi-streaming I've been working to incorporate a unified community feel with combined chat on screen, combined bot commands etc. etc.

One thing I've been struggling to put together is a live counter on screen that shows number of twitch subs + youtube members.

My understanding is YT members requires access to YouTubes API and so only bots that request that permission access can display it (such as mixitup and botrix) but from what I've tried for some reason it can only display *either* youtube members count or twitch sub count.

I tried using Mixitup to write to a .txt file that updates and displays on screen but I got lost trying.

My goal is just to have a singular number on screen much like how larger creators/vtubers do for their twitch subs but also have it update including YT Memberships.

Does anyone have a plugin or something to accomplish this?
