Toro recycler max

Anyone else have issues with the Toro Recycler Max getting clogged around the front right wheel?

Whenever I’m mulching leaves, leaves build up around that wheel to the point where it basically gets stuck and stops rolling. Same thing happens sometimes if I’m mowing thicker grass. I have to stop, clear everything out from around the wheel, and then keep going.

I can’t tell if there’s something wrong with the mower / deck or if I’m doing something wrong. Seems odd that it consistently happens on the front right wheel and not the others.

Anyone else run into this? Is there something I should adjust or check?
