Back-to-school mornings can get pretty hectic, so here are a few easy breakfast ideas that can be prepped ahead or thrown together pretty quickly.

**Banana Oat Pancakes**
Mash a ripe banana with oats and eggs, then cook on a hot pan. Easy, filling, and naturally sweet.

**Egg Muffin Cups**
Mix eggs with spinach, cheese, and diced ham, then bake in a muffin tin. Make a batch ahead and keep them in the fridge for busy mornings.

**Overnight Oats**
Combine oats, milk, yogurt, and your favorite fruit in a jar and leave it in the fridge overnight. Just grab it in the morning.

**Freezer Breakfast Burritos**
Scramble some eggs with black beans and cheese, wrap in a tortilla, and freeze. Reheat when you need a quick breakfast.

**Smoothie Packs**
Pre-portion frozen fruit, spinach, and whatever else you like into freezer bags. In the morning, just blend with milk or yogurt.

**A simple prep tip:** Make 1–2 things ahead on the weekend instead of trying to prep everything. Even having a few breakfasts ready to grab can make weekday mornings a lot easier.

We put this list together at COOKGO to make everyday cooking a little easier. Hope it helps with the back-to-school rush!
