Box R 4k plus ethernet issue

I'm having an issue with the box R 4k plus.

When I turn it on it doesn't register it's connected via ethernet and it pops up a message saying, ethernet not connected.

The only way I can get it to connect to ethernet is by either restarting the box or unplugging the cable and putting it back in.

I've tried different cables but still got the same issue.

I only bought it 3 months ago.

Has anyone else had a similar issue or know a permanent fix?
