Prop Joe territory

I’m rewatching The Wire, just finished 2x6 and i’m wondering how much territory did Prop Joe have? I know the Barksdale crew had the west side. I always just assumed Prop Joe had the whole east side. Ziggy had the white boy sale his package and Cheese(Prop Joe nephew)and his boys pulled up and beat on Ziggy. Are they letting other people sale on their turn or do they just have a smaller price of territory on the east side? Considering how sloppy the white boys are with the drug dealing I kinda find it hard to believe Prop Joe wouldn’t have run them off by now. Maybe I’m overthinking it idk.
