What exactly is this question really asking?

I haven’t come across this type of phrasing before, even though I feel pretty confident in my Spanish. Someone asked me: Cómo se presenta tu semana?

My first guess was that the question means something like how is my week? But then I thought maybe it means what am I doing this week? Or maybe it’s about my routine for this week?

What exactly does this question want to know and how do I answer properly?
