No boobs

I was on HBC for 14 years and have now been off for 1.5 years. I was a 34C and now I am a 30B but really I don’t even need to wear a bra because there’s nothing there. Just gone. I had a good 2 handful on each side and now I just see my sternum. I didn’t necessarily like having boobs at all before but now I am sad. Is this normal? I already dealt with and recovered from the hair loss, now this. Will they ever come back or am I out of luck?
