I am currently in the hospital completely unable to walk or stand and I have no idea why

So to start, my age is 35, I am male, my most recent medical emergency that put me in the hospital was a coma from high sodium. My sodium level was 180. Left me with extremely severe amnesia of both kind. I smoke medical marijuana for pain from fractured spine. I cant smoke in the hospital just take my prescription meds, I forget which ones I take because amnesia. Im just trying to figure out why tf I can't walk or stand. Help would be appreciated ty!
