I don't have any social media accounts except LinkedIn for work.

I did that so I'm not stalked and flying monkeys can't provide photos of my kids to nmom. Nobody used LinkedIn so I thought it was safe. But I just got a notification a mental health professional from her metropolitan area viewed my profile. Ugh, it shouldn't bother me but it's annoying. She harasses everyone I used to associate with before I moved far away. I stop sending photos of my kids to anyone. So she wouldn't get ahold of them.

Also why is this person even doing that. Is that normal?

Do you keep social media accounts? How do you prevent them from snooping or weeding out those who are there to spy on their behalf?
