Passport Stamping for Visitor Record

Today I have received my work permit extension and my spouse visitor record extension approved. Now I have to go for TRV for my work permit which is online process, but what to do with my spouse. As per my knowledge visa stamping for visitor record holder is offline process. Can anyone please guide?
