Should I resign and give up 45k salary or be a working reviewee with no more leave?

If you were in my position, would you sacrifice your job just to earn the CPA title. I am working in the industry where CPAs are more valued and has a higher salaries than those who are not. Promotion is also slow for those who do not have a license and will take 5 years to have an increase of 4k-5k. I am 29 years old.
