Hello, yesterday, 08/24/2026, I was kicked off the official NA 001 server. After trying to log back in, a message appeared as shown in the screenshot: “You are banned,” without any explanation as to why.

I understand that I’ve been banned, but I don’t understand why, since I’ve never used third-party programs or mods and have only been playing on community servers recently. The ban doesn’t affect single-player mode, but it has blocked access to online mode, including all Official Servers, Seasonal Servers, and Community Servers. This is very strange because I play via Steam, and since I don’t have a VAC ban and the game hasn’t been completely blocked, cheating on my part is out of the question.

I’ve read a lot of threads on Reddit and talked to Google AI, which helped me piece the situation together bit by bit. All I’ve been able to find are people in a similar situation for which there’s no solution. People have complained that cheaters are using exploits to ban players, share hacked items, or alter the values of palos in our bases without our knowledge.

Also, same day people on the 001 server complained that a week ago, most of their bases were destroyed by cheaters, and since the 001 NA server is the most popular of all, I wouldn’t be surprised if that were true.

What did I do to solve that issue? I verified the game files, reinstalled the game, deleted everything from the AppData folder, and reinstalled Windows, nothing helped.

I tried to recall everything I could about that day, and that's all that comes to mind.

I usually play on the Tator Totz hardcore server, but I’d achieved everything I wanted there. I like the early and mid-game stages, I've never been interested in beating the game, so I joined Official Server 001 to start the game from the scratch. Players had built a base at the spawn where they helped newbies, they were putting pal spheres in a chest, which I took, they could be duplicated.

Because I got kicked off the server after 40 minutes of play. During that time, I managed to respawn, pick up the starter kit at the spawn point, perform an emergency respawn, and build a base on another island (approximately at -295, -621) . I also returned to the spawn point and used the Mega Sphere I’d received to catch a Mamorest, which I managed to do on my third or fourth try.

Also, I remembered that I had joined the game on server 019 or 024 that same day, and I built a base there in the exact same spot (apx. -295, -621). After I built the base, I saw spheres with pals lying on the ground near my base, there were 5 Solene, 2 Jetragon, and a couple of other pals, they were all 1 lvl pals. I picked them up and even asked in chat where they came from, people were surprised but nobody said what it was. I did not want to ruin my fun so I left this server and went to 001. Maybe they were obtained through cheating and left on the ground, because I didn’t see anyone around, and there were no other bases there. It was super weird.

I’ve sent dozens of requests to support via the bug report tool and sent dozens of emails to their support address, but I still haven’t received a response after two days. I’ve also reached out to the moderators on their Discord server, but unfortunately, they weren’t able to help.
