Ballpark pay for robotic drive unit monitor in Sac, CA

I'm curious at to how much Amazon pays new employees who monitor their robotic drive units in a massive robotic sorting warehouse (Sacramento, CA SMF1). Not engineers or maintenance work that would require a degree.

We've someone seeking to rent a room who was just hired at the Amazon SMF1 fulfillment centern on Elkhorn in Sacramento. We need a ballpark figure before we move forward.

Plus, is Amazon known for hiring convicted felons? Convicted and served time for mail fraud from when she was employed at USPS?
