Hyacine's LC or Summer Robin's Light Cone for Mono rememberence Castorice team?

Trying to build the new summer robin and some guides Im looking at are suggesting Robin's signature light cone but then another guide says to only use it for speed scaling teams and that Hyacine's light cone might be better for her if that's the case. For the people who have built summer robin for their castorice team, which is better?
