Should I get a restraining order against this girl

This is such a weird story/situation but if you read please lmk what you would do.

This girl was one of my best friends in high school. We had a fairly large friend group but 90% of the time when we all made plans to go out or go on a trip or do literally anything she wouldn’t join, either cause she didn’t want to or because her parents were kinda strict in a weird way and didn’t let her. Anyways once we all started uni we started to talk less and less and eventually we talked only a few times a year. During that time she was diagnosed with epilepsy so she isn’t able to drive a car and she quit her part time job. We’re now almost 25.

A few months ago I got a text from a random number around 10 pm saying it was her and asking if I could pick her up from the mall (kinda sketch) so I was like ya of course. When I got there I was like wtf are you doing at the local mall at night and she gave me the rundown of what happened. To summarize she apparently had been acting out and causing her parents a lot of stress to the point that both of them have been having heart issues. All of her siblings decided that she should move out of the house and so she was forced to live with her two older sisters about two hours away, and they took her phone so she couldn’t contact anyone. So it turns out the night I picked her up she had actually ran away from her sisters place and took a train and bus to get back, but since she literally wasn’t allowed back at home she thought that she could live with me for the time being.

Later I started getting texts from her two sisters that she lives with. They were like she’s not the same person you knew before, don’t let her into your house, she’s dangerous, etc etc. but she seemed normal to me so I was like guys it’s fine she can stay with me. As a reminder I have not seen or talked to this girl in like a year, and I would certainly not say we’re close. An hour later at like 1 am I got a call from one of her sisters saying I’m outside your house I’m taking her back to our place (the place that’s two hours away). So I told my friend this and she was like no I’m not going. Her sister rang the doorbell and I opened the door and a literal screaming match began between my friend and her sister. Her sister was like “did you tell her (as in me) what you did? I bet she wouldn’t let you in her house if she knew what you did” and LITERALLY as soon as she said that she said bye to me and left with her sisters. I was like wtf just happened why are they acting like she’s a felon.

A few weeks later on a Sunday night there’s a knock at my door at I kid you not 3 am🫪 it’s her and she tells me she’s ran away from her sisters place again. I let her in. She seems really off and one of the first things she asked me was if I had any coke. That was the moment when I was like in my head she is not at all how I remembered her. I look at my phone and I have 20 texts from her sisters telling me to ignore her if she contacts me. I text them back and tell them she’s at my place. Her sister texts back “I’m on the way to get her, I don’t want to scare you but if you let her into your house you’re gonna be involved with the police”. I was like omg well too late now. At this point I genuinely think I’m an accomplice to murder. I also have to be up for work in a few hours.

I asked my friend wtf this is all about and this is what she told me: the reason her parents kicked her out is because she stole $10,000 from them and lost all of it gambling, she’s been admitted to a psychiatric hospital twice within the past year and has been diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder and borderline personality disorder, she jokingly(?) threatened to kill her sisters, she’s had two run-ins with the police over an undisclosed situation, and she’s been seriously considering prostitution as a source of income. After she told me this I came to the conclusion that her sisters were right and that I shouldn’t get involved in this. They picked her up again from my place and took her back to their place two hours away. After that night her sister texts me that I should let them know if she happens to contact me again and that I shouldn’t reach out to contact her. I inform her of what my friend had told me about her future plans for income.

A few months later I got a text from my friend, which was a shock because I guess that means they gave her her phone back. I ask her what’s up, how she’s been doing, and she says everything’s been fine with her. We plan to hangout and she says ya if I can pick her up.. from the mall. I kind of took this as a sign that things aren’t actually okay so I rnr. A few days go by and she starts spamming me with texts and calls but I ignore. One of the texts said “guess who’s in (home city)” and it genuinely sent shivers down my spine. I answer saying hey I dont want to come off as rude but we haven’t really talked much over the past few years so this is a really weird situation for me and I don’t think us staying in contact is beneficial for either of us. She responds like she’s confused, like the last two encounters we had didn’t happen. Then she says, “also don’t know why you told my family that I’m a prostitute…” That made me laugh because she’s acting as if I’m some liar trying to ruin her reputation. I told her to please not show up at my house ever again and to stop trying to contact me.

I’ve since blocked her. In the past few months I’ve been receiving calls from unknown numbers and no caller IDs and I obviously know that it’s her. She’s also shown up at my door three times. I answered one of those times and told her to please stop. A few days ago I received 17 calls from a no caller ID within the span of 5 minutes. She showed up at my door again tonight but I didn’t answer.

Is this not borderline harassment? I feel bad but I barely know this girl anymore at this point in my life. High school was an entire decade ago. Anytime my doorbell or phone rings I feel on edge. Do I change my phone number so she can’t contact me? I’ll take any advice
