Claiming a phone/laptop for the rentals each year?

Landlord with 2 properties here,

can i claim a phone and laptop solely for the use of managing the rental business?

for example tax year 25/26 - get a phone and laptop to manage the property solely.

do the same again as the devices are slow and need upgrading

dont moan and say pay your tax etc, i pay over 60-70% due to student loan on every £1 so leave it out!!!
