IM BIT CONDFUSED! PLS CLARIFY ANYONE!

So After UGMAC results I got IGIMS there I downloaded allotment letter after uploading all documents and now I did auto upgradtion...and in that allotment letter it says that Reporting centre is IGIMS and reporting time 27-31st Aug...ye unke liye hai na jinhone NO to upgrade kiya hai????

Am I supposed to go as well???
