13 Game losing streak - please tell me how to stop it

I'm relatively new to Tracer, I have 66 hours on her and climbed up to plat from silver last season one tricking her.

This season I placed in E3, won 5 games in a row then lost all the way down to plat 4 or something. Won all the way back up to E3, and now I am omw back down with a 13 loss streak over 2 days. I know I'm not a good Tracer yet, but I feel like I am doing my job in almost every game, but I just keep losing.

I have to be missing something massive to be losing literally every game, it just feels like I have no agency in any of my games. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong
