4yo with constipation

Hi all,
My son (4yo ASD) is experiencing constipation.
When he was younger he would consume a purée made up of pears and prunes, but what he will eat now is more limited.
I’ve been trying to push water and pears, but am stuck on what else to do.
Any help or suggestions are much appreciated!
