What are optimal positions for women?

Hello, first time question asker on this sub and I’m feeling a little embarrassed but that’s alright!

I just wanted some general advice on optimal positions for women in the bedroom, if a pillow for propping up helps? Different angles? Etc? What’s your opinions on it? Anything and everything helps!

I love my woman so very much and just want some help to better please her in the bedroom, been together 8+ years and she has no complaints about our sex life so far but I just want to always improve for her so here I am!
