Why do 7OH users look down on folks who got addicted to this stuff so much.

General Topics / Ranting

If you go to the main sub the folks act like you’re a complete idiot if you got addicted to 7OH. Newsflash - it’s an opiate. A lot of people have gotten addicted to opiates and these are no different. I, personally, was hooked from the first dose.

I love seeing heavy opioid users who used whatever IV for 10 years, ruin their lives, and then switch to 7 “lecture”others about self control. If it was all about self control and it was that easy, we wouldn’t have an opioid crisis. I’ve put down every type of drug or used many casually and the craving for opioids/painkillers beats the others by 10x.

I feel like that’s one thing a lot of folks miss. Yes, it does help people with chronic pain, etc. but it also instantly hooks other folks. That’s the catch when you can buy a euphoric opiate everywhere, over the counter. People are like why is the government taking away my medicine? Because it’s the Wild West out there. This stuff needs to be regulated because it is addictive, unfortunately. Your pain may be gone today, but someone else is dealing with a severe addiction. Pros and cons.

It’s all about individual neurochemistry. If 7 helps you and you don’t find it addictive? I envy you. But dont bash others because they werent built the same way.
