ultimate combat breaks combat

i use vanargand or whatever is the name pack of animations with attack mco and ultimate combat and somethings listed down here. i noticed some enemies wont attack me, they just scream and move but dont attack, same with followers (tbh only tested with farkas for companions quest and he doesnt attack too). i removed ultimate combat on vortex and everything is fine, but i really liked the movimentation and, you know, the things the mod add. any of you guys had the same problem or know how to solve? searched here and looks like other guy had this enemy dont attack bug but looks like it was other mod that i dont have which caused his problem
