Southern Star High School?

In April, 1984, we were driving from Columus Ohio to Oxford Ohio, to tour Miami University. On the journey southwest, we pulled over to read the map. We were parked at Southern Star school (I believe). I remember thinking it looked like the school from FootLoose; and I wanted to run away and enroll there and start a new life. Where was this school, exactly? I’ve tried Googling; and there’s no Ohio school with that name. Any insights? Thank you.
