Prioritize Startup Apps?

Is there any way to prioritize the order in which startup apps launch. I want some apps to load first like TranslucentTB, I have few apps that auto start so TranslucentTB launches at last and it defeats whole purpose of a transparent taskbar.

If there is any application that can do this please let me know.
