Hi everyone! I’m currently working on a university consumer-insight project about fabric care, and my team is developing a product concept called Hygiene RESET.

The idea is a 3-in-1 fabric conditioner designed to provide three additional clothing-care benefits:

1. Tighter Fibers / Shape Care: helps clothes maintain a neater shape and reduces the appearance of stretched or loose fabric.
2. Less Smoke Odor: helps reduce cigarette/smoke odors from clinging to clothes.
3. Less Food Odor: helps reduce strong food odors, such as BBQ, hotpot, cooking, or restaurant smells, from clinging to clothes.

The image attached is only a concept prototype for our university project, not an actual product currently being sold.

I’m looking for genuine opinions rather than just positive feedback.

\- Would these benefits actually be useful to you?
\- Which of the three benefits interests you the most?
\- Is there any benefit that feels unnecessary or unrealistic?
\- Would you consider buying something like this instead of your normal fabric softener?
\- What would make you trust or not trust these claims?
\- Is there anything you would change about the concept?

Any criticism, questions, or first impressions are welcome. Even a short comment would help us understand how real consumers react to the idea.

Thank you!
