Griefed by a*hole in PvE

I was playing Farm Hostile Sector today and after killing every single scav and bosses I managed to found a red in a free locked safe. After staying around for a bit looting the rest of the stuff I ran into a breacher forcing me to stay a bit longer to heal

Then the a*hole shows up

After healing just the part I needed I went to Room 201 to open the safe. But then this dude not only blocking the door, but also gassing me. I dropeed the red in exchange but this piece of shit just doesn't care. So I attempted to nade ourselves in a fit of rage but only I died.

Why are people like this. I'm starting to think of investing the solo ticket for now.
