Looking for a foreigner-friendly clinic in Toyohashi/Aichi for first-time ADHD diagnosis and treatment

I’m looking for some advice/recommendations for an ADHD clinic in or near Toyohashi, Aichi.
I’m an adult and I’m looking to get assessed for ADHD for the first time. If I’m diagnosed, I would also like to discuss treatment and medication with a doctor.

I’m finding it surprisingly difficult to figure out which clinics are willing to see foreigners, especially for a first-time ADHD assessment, and which ones can provide medication if appropriate.

Ideally, I’m looking for a clinic that:

I can communicate in English, or is comfortable with a patient who has limited Japanese
Provides adult ADHD diagnosis/assessment
Can prescribe ADHD medication if medically appropriate
Is in Toyohashi, Toyokawa, Nagoya or reasonably close by
If you have personally visited a clinic that you would recommend, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience. Even if the clinic isn’t in Toyohashi but is somewhere nearby in Aichi, I’d be willing to travel.
I’ve already been searching online, but it’s difficult to tell from clinic websites whether they actually diagnose adult ADHD and accept foreign patients.
