X4 timelines final mission help

I am trying to finish timelines but the flight of the dragonfyre is feeling impossible. I get through the first two sections fine but then I have to fight an entire xenon fleet on my own. I fly in in an odachi but none of my friendly fleet fly in with me and then I immediately get swarmed by like twelve Fs and they get me down to half hull. I tried just flying through them to get to the Hs but I die. How am I supposed to finish this? I tried picking off Fs but they fly in a big blob so they will all shoot me when I get close and I end up losing Shields before I can kill one.
