First job @49: MSQ @28, roll up another ARR job?

Returning player, starting fresh (sproutlife!) after 1/2 decade+ hiatus. Due to old play habits and server side bonus, I’m about to hit 50 on BRD but only at MSQ28.

Is my job going to be lvl capped at 50 until I finish ARR? Seems like I’d be burning a lot of good MSQ XP in the street by not switching jobs and getting a job from lvl 1-28 is relatively trivial. I’m not some crazy min/maxxer, but it seems like they throw so much xp at you in MSQ now you’d be crazy to waste it.
