Are Adorama slickdeals a thing of the past for Subs?

Looking to buy a home theater sub to go with my Klipsch RP speakers and was waiting for the Klipsch RP line to go down to the sale price on Adorama for $700 for the RP-1400 or $500 for the RP-1200. However, doesn’t seem like that deal has run for quite some time now - I’m seeing February as the last time the RP-1400 went on sale. Now it seems like the RP-1400 isn’t even stocked at Adorama anymore and the RP-1200 gets bought up and goes out of stock at the sale price of $899.

Would the better move now be going for something like the RSL Speedwoofer 12s or HSU VTF2 MK5 for the best price/performance ratio?
